Support Services

We have a full staff of professionals who provide licensing, case management and training to our network foster families.

Our highly trained and professional staff is available to meet your needs 24/7.  We know that with children, events happen outside the 9-5 time period.

We offer support 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You are not alone.

CASE MANAGEMENT

You are not alone in your role as a foster parent; you are part of a treatment team for the child in your home. You are assigned a case manager who works with you directly and regularly to assist you in carrying out your duties. Our case managers will make regular visits to your home and the child’s school, as well as maintain regular phone contact to help you. We also provide 24-hour on-call crisis support.

TRAINING

We offer regular training to help you continue to grow in your self-awareness and learn new skills to become the best foster parent you can be. Our training program offers extensively researched and cutting edge curricula. Trainers are professionals and experts in the topics they present. Training is offered in multiple locations and in some cases can be presented in foster homes.

RESPITE

When you need a break, respite care can be arranged.

TRANSPORTATION

In certain situations we can assist with the transportation of the child placed in your home.

LICENSING

The Buckeye Ranch also offers foster-to-adopt licensure to assist with providing permanent homes for children in need of adoption.

PLACEMENT

Placement staff are available to receive referrals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This availability allows us to review referrals and match children to foster homes outside of normal business hours.
