UTILIZATION COORDINATOR   -   Child Welfare

Permanent Family Solutions Network (PFSN,) a managed care agency for Franklin County Children Services (FCCS,) is seeking a creative, dedicated, and organized individual to work closely with the Utilization Manager to ensure the highest possible quality of care for children who are currently utilizing child welfare; residential; and foster care services.

This individual will be responsible for monitoring foster care placements and ensuring quality discharge planning for children exiting from foster care; the auditing of contracted foster care networks; required monthly reporting; and other duties, as needed.

Having a strong capacity to build and maintain professional relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues, both within and outside of The Buckeye Ranch, is essential. 

Must, also, be self-motivated and have the ability to hold providers accountable, when necessary.

Required:

Bachelor’s degree

Preferred, but not required:

Completed state of Ohio Caseworker Core Series training

Child welfare experience

Statewide Automated Child Welfare Information System (SACWIS) experience
